Introduction

Inlubolcate^®KLK912 is a high-performance rust preventive grease for wire ropes. It is made from selected high-quality base oil, compounded with composite soap thickener, and added with double antioxidants, rust and corrosion inhibitors, extreme pressure anti-wear agents, and other additives; excellent waterproof, rust-proof and shear resistance performance, can quickly penetrate to the cable core; even in high and low temperature harsh climates such as oceans, it can effectively protect the safe use of wire ropes.

Features

Inlubolcate^®KLK912 are grease-type wire rope rust inhibitors that provide excellent rust and wear protection for manually or mechanically applied steel cables and chains, even under water flushing and a wide temperature range. The excellent adhesion forms a protective film on the surface of the steel cable, preventing salt spray and moisture invasion. Protects cables against acid and salt spray at extreme temperatures (low or high) encountered at sea. At -30℃^®KLK909 remains relatively soft, and does not easily drip at high temperatures of 60℃, and will not be thrown off by the steel cable under high-speed vibration. It has a certain self-repairing function.

Applications

• Suitable for the protection and lubrication of mooring, ocean-going vessels, and port container handling ropes, such as tow ropes, hoisting ropes, cranes, mast cranes, and underwater work platforms.
• It can also be used for ropes and heavy-duty pull ropes in the metallurgical, power, mining, and construction industries, such as crane ropes, hoisting cranes, and elevator equipment steel wire ropes.
