Introduction
LUBRCLEAN®The KL23 is a synthetic ester high-temperature chain lubricant with outstanding lubrication performance. Its low volatility ensures longer lubrication effectiveness. The strong adhesion combined with the appropriate surface tension results in good penetration. It contains various additives independently developed by Yingrunbao, showing excellent performance in reducing carbon residue and reducing current; adding a small amount of online cleaning additive "APN", which can dissolve residues during re-oiling; it has a certain self-cleaning function.

LUBRCLEAN®The KL23 of synthetic high-temperature chain lubricants has powerful dual antioxidants to prevent the formation of oxidized solids. Using Yingrunbao's special additives developed for the chain industry, it has less carbon residue compared to other brands in the industry; it exhibits excellent wear resistance, oxidation stability, excellent high-temperature stability and low volatility, significantly reducing oil splashing. Excellent permeability ensures ideal protection of the chain core and chain shaft; contains no harmful metals or silicon.
KL55Fluid: Long-lasting lubrication, less residue.
KL25: Good temperature resistance, easy to clean.
KL23: Good permeability, wide application, high cost performance.
Applications
Used for lubricating high-temperature chains in textile industry tentering machines, dryers, printing machines, etc.
Lubrication of conveyor chains in BOPP, glass, cement, steel, rubber (gloves) and other industrial equipment.
Automotive wheel hub baking paint production lines, automotive electrophoresis workshop chains (can pass the shrinkage test, please refer to the on-site test).
White appliance painting, baking paint process household goods fiberglass, paper mill and other industrial furnace chains.
High-temperature lubrication of continuous presses in the manufacture of particleboard and medium-density fiberboard.
Suitable for drip and spray-type central lubrication systems.
