Introduction

Inertox^®GH90S fluorinated grease is a special long-life high-temperature grease thickened with high-thickening PTFE. It uses high-quality (PFPE) low-viscosity mixed base oil and incorporates unique anti-wear agents, antioxidants, rust inhibitors, and other additives. It is a high-temperature, long-life synthetic grease optimized through a special process. It can resist the damage of most corrosive substances; with a reasonable oil-soap ratio, Inertox^®GH90 has a longer service life than similar products, good high-temperature stability, a longer and more stable service cycle, and virtually no residue after long-term use. • Provides effective protection even in continuous high-temperature environments, usable up to 250℃, and intermittently up to 270℃.
• Low coefficient of friction, impact load resistance; excellent anti-wear performance, extending equipment life; low energy consumption, meeting environmental protection and energy-saving requirements.
• Resistant to chemicals and solvents, unaffected and uncorroded by sulfuric acid, nitrous acid, hydrochloric acid, strong oxidants, water, and water vapor; usable in equipment operating in various environments, preventing rust.
• Excellent mechanical and colloidal stability, good adhesion, and minimal loss during long-term use.
• Compatible with most sealing materials, plastics, and coatings (can pass the water-based paint shrinkage test).
• Extremely stable chemical structure, oxidation resistance, suitable for long-term (lifetime) lubrication.
• Excellent chemical and thermodynamic stability.
• Low viscosity combination, low rolling resistance, suitable for medium to medium-high speed bearings,
• Partially soluble in trichlorotrifluoroethane and white oil.
