Introduction

LUBRCLEAN^®VHC 100 heavy-duty gear oil is a heavy-duty industrial gear oil refined from selected high-quality base oils and special additives. It contains a special metal surface pitting repair additive "APN", abandoning the principle of traditional "extreme pressure" additives; it can still provide effective lubrication under extremely harsh conditions; and prolongs equipment life. The filterability will not block precise filters in actual use, and it has good compatibility with black and non-ferrous metals in high-temperature environments. It has a longer oil change cycle than ordinary heavy-duty gear oils.

LUBRCLEAN^®The VHC series has anti-pitting performance and is a high-performance gear oil specially developed to provide anti-pitting and anti-wear protection for modern industrial gear transmission devices; it performs excellently in gearboxes with heavy loads and partially hardened tooth surfaces. Suitable for gearboxes of wind turbines, pulverizer transmission gearboxes in thermal power plants, cement mills and rotary kiln drive gearboxes, and gearboxes of textile, printing and dyeing, and chemical fiber machinery. It has anti-pitting and a certain repair function, providing good protection for gears and bearings that work under extreme heavy loads and high temperatures for a long time, greatly extending their service life; it does not contain harmful metals and silicon.
