Introduction

Inertox^®HT400 is a high molecular polymer, commonly known as PFPE (perfluoropolyether oil). It is blended with imported raw materials and is a colorless, odorless, transparent liquid at room temperature; it is resistant to extremely high and low temperatures, evaporates slowly when used for high-temperature lubrication, has a longer service life, and can provide lifelong lubrication in some cases.

Applications

• Friction rods, plastics, and metal springs in the automotive industry for noise reduction, as well as lifelong lubrication (spraying or immersing on the workpiece surface, PFPE will form a soft film on the workpiece surface to protect and lubricate the workpiece).
• High-temperature chain lubrication in BOPP, SMT, and other industries.
• Long-term lubrication of high-temperature sliding track systems.
• Blending perfluoropolyether lubricating grease.
