LUBRCLEAN® DTF 220

Introduction
LUBRCLEAN®The DTF 220 synthetic heavy-duty gear oil is made from high-quality synthetic base oils, blended with special additives to create an industrial synthetic lubricant for gears. It contains a unique "AIFE metal surface pitting repair" additive, which surpasses traditional synthetic oil's "extreme pressure" additives: it can still provide maximum gear bearing protection under heavy loads and extreme conditions, extending equipment life. It has good low-temperature fluidity and better high-temperature oxidation resistance, and exhibits good compatibility with black and non-ferrous metals. Therefore, it has a longer oil change interval compared to ordinary synthetic gear oils and can repair slightly pitted metal surfaces.

Features
LUBRCLEAN®The DTF 220 has anti-micro-pitting performance: on some heavily loaded gear surfaces, metal fatigue causes pitting (sand holes), increasing maintenance costs. LUBRCLEAN's DTF series contains a unique metal repair additive, performing excellently in gearboxes that bear heavy loads and have partially hardened gear surfaces. It is particularly suitable for gearboxes of wind turbines, coal mill drive gearboxes in thermal power plants, cement mills, rotary kiln drive gearboxes, and gearboxes of textile printing and dyeing synthetic fiber equipment, providing excellent anti-micro-pitting and repair functions, effectively protecting gears and bearings that work long-term under extreme heavy loads, high speeds, and high temperatures, thus significantly extending their service life.

Drive gearboxes of steel mills and non-ferrous metal rolling mills.
Drive gearboxes of coal mills in thermal power plants.
Gearboxes of lifting equipment, port machinery, cement mills, rotary kiln drive gearboxes, and drum pulpers in paper mills.
Gearboxes of textile, printing, and synthetic fiber (airflow spinning) equipment. (e.g., STENTEX, MONFORTS, KRANTZ, BRUCKNER, BENNINGER, YOANTION, BABCOCK, XINWEN, SHANSHA, HAIDA, etc. for shaping machine equipment).
Large heavy machinery gearboxes in mines and road bridges.
