LUBRCLEAN® WCL220

Introduction
LUBRCLEAN® WCL220 series fully synthetic high-temperature chain lubricating oil uses special base oils and selected special additives. Its excellent permeability ensures ideal protection for the chain core and chain shaft. The scientific formula effectively reduces the generation of carbon residues, maintaining the overall cleanliness of the chain and system. A chain oil with good cleaning properties can reduce current flow; it has a high viscosity index, excellent adhesion, and minimal dripping. The product demonstrates high thermal stability and low volatility, suitable for various hanging chains and open gear bearings: it has good compatibility with water-based paints, used in the automotive industry's complete vehicle spraying lines, metal painting, white goods, home appliances, and other baking paint spraying lines. LUBRCLEAN® WCL series synthetic high-temperature chain oil meets environmental protection requirements, free from lead, chlorinated solvents, and barium.

Applications
Various chains on automotive wheel hub and complete vehicle manufacturing baking paint production lines (compatible with all water-based paints, can prevent cracks or 'fish eyes').
Rubber (glove) industry machinery.
Coating of white goods, baking paint processes for household products.
Lubrication of hanging chains on spraying lines and high-temperature chains in kilns.
Suitable for drip and spray type central lubrication systems.
Operating temperature -30℃ to +230℃.
