Introduction

Inlubolcate^®MT600/00H is a high-efficiency lubricating grease refined from a special composite aluminum-thickened high-viscosity semi-synthetic oil, with added solid lubricants, and multiple additives such as antioxidants, anti-corrosion agents, and extreme pressure anti-wear agents. It is designed for use in heavy-duty, low-speed gears that are frequently in boundary lubrication conditions (such as ball mills in power plants, drum pulpers in paper mills, mixing machines in sintering plants in the steel industry, ball mills in the mining industry, mixers and rotary kilns in the cement industry, and other large, heavy-duty open gears). The unique base oil combined with specially selected multiple additives provides excellent anti-wear, rust prevention, and anti-corrosion functions.

Applications

This product is suitable for the lubrication of various types of large, heavy-duty, low-to-medium speed open gears with a load-bearing capacity of over 20000 kgf/cm2, and various types of gear-type couplings. Such as the lubrication of heavy-duty open large gears in mixing machines in sintering plants in the steel industry, ball mills and rotary kilns in the mining and cement industries, and forging presses in machinery plants.
