Introduction

Inlubolcate^®TP190 is mainly used in load-bearing applications and operations in hot weather, for kilns, papermaking and mining equipment, shovels, tractors and excavators in outdoor operations.
Inlubolcate^®TP190 is based on an inorganic complex soap thickener, blended into a high-viscosity synthetic base oil, containing enhanced extreme pressure anti-wear chemical components. It uses multiple types of solid additives to adapt to different operating conditions and temperature scenarios; to cope with various high-temperature challenges.

• Excellent load-carrying capacity under harsh operating conditions; the addition of special additives ensures excellent impact resistance and permanent heavy load capacity.
• High mechanical and thermal stability, grease thickener structure, mainly used to resist mechanical stress and extremely high temperatures.
• Able to adapt to harsh operating conditions, such as dust and dirt contamination, water and temperature changes.
• Due to the use of advanced polymer technology, it ensures long-lasting lubrication protection and maintains bonding properties. It forms a gray-black film on the metal surface, which is adhesive and highly waterproof.
• The selected low-friction materials ensure low-friction characteristics, low energy consumption and wear resistance.
• Used for rolling or sliding friction, wet lubrication maximum temperature up to 200℃; under extreme high-temperature conditions, after the liquid volatilizes, the dry lubricant can withstand temperatures above 900℃.
• Inlubolcate^®TP190's environmentally compliant formula contains no chlorinated solvents or lead.
