Introduction

INLUBOL^®TFT2 Molybdenum Disulfide Spray contains a high concentration of ultrafine molybdenum disulfide (MOS₂), a dry lubricant spray with molybdenum disulfide as its main solid additive. It provides dry lubrication for high-gloss metal surfaces, exhibiting excellent adhesion, especially suitable for lubricating precision-fitting components. The dry spray oil film is particularly suitable for lubrication points that are difficult to access and susceptible to contamination by liquid compounds. It provides excellent lubrication and anti-wear properties, filling all pores, pits, scratches, and other micro-defects on the metal surface to eliminate stick-slip, reduce friction and wear, and prevent damage to sliding surfaces even under heavy loads. It is resistant to low temperatures and exhibits superior lubricating performance in ultra-high-temperature environments. It can withstand temperatures up to 1100 degrees. It has excellent anti-sintering and anti-rust properties.

Applications

INLUBOL^®TFT2 Molybdenum Disulfide Spray is used to lubricate and reduce wear on sliding friction surfaces, gear teeth, spindles, bed ways, and iron or non-ferrous metal (excluding babbitt) guides. It is especially suitable for hard-to-reach lubrication points, such as bolt holes, screw threads, gear tooth flanks, and adjustable spindles in woodworking, papermaking, and glass industry machinery. This lubricant can be used as a base lubricant for sliding bearings, gears, guides, push rods, gates, and valve stem nuts under heavy loads; the lubrication effect is not affected by dust and corrosive gases.

In the textile industry, it is suitable for lubricating adjustable spindles (amplitude screws) without causing dust and lint accumulation.

Instructions for Use

INLUBOL^®TFT2 Molybdenum Disulfide Spray contains solvents, so please read the instructions carefully. When using, thoroughly clean the metal surface, remove oil stains, shake the can vigorously until you hear the mixing beads inside, then shake for about 30 seconds to ensure the molybdenum disulfide is fully mixed. Spray evenly onto the workpiece surface from a distance of about 25CM. For soft film lubrication, only a thin layer needs to be sprayed, and re-spraying may be necessary.
