Introduction

Inlubolcate ^® VSK703 synthetic high-temperature grease is a high-quality high-temperature grease refined from special synthetic base oil, thickened with (PTFE), and added with anti-wear additives, high-strength antioxidants, rust inhibitors, etc.; used for roller and ball bearing parts in long-term high-temperature and humid environments; strong metal adhesion, strong heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance, can resist the invasion of most corrosive substances, and has an ultra-long lubrication cycle.

Features

• It can still provide effective lubrication in high-temperature environments around 250℃, with outstanding high-temperature performance.

Applications

• Suitable for low and medium speed, heavy load bearings in high-temperature and humid environments.
• Suitable for continuous casting machines, sintering machines, steel-pouring roller conveyors in the metallurgical industry, and dyeing machines, calendering machines, and drying machines in the printing and dyeing industry (e.g., KRANTZ, MONFORTS, BRUCKNER, BENNINGER, KUSTERS, BABCCK equipment high-temperature and humid bearings, motor high-temperature bearings, but not including main chain bearings).
• Suitable for automotive (heavy trucks, pickup trucks, passenger cars) complete vehicle production line baking paint workshop ground chain bearings or chain bearings.
• High-temperature and humid bearings of corrugated paper machines in the papermaking industry.
