Introduction

Inlubolcate^®MOLY EP2 high-temperature anti-seize grease uses high-quality base oil and inorganic thickeners (including solid lubricants), and contains special anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, and extreme pressure additives; excellent adhesion, good high-temperature stability and anti-sintering performance; suitable for sliding parts under long-term high-temperature conditions, and anti-seizing parts of screws, bolts, and valves under high-temperature conditions, with outstanding performance. Good water resistance and wear resistance, which can reduce wear and extend the service life of bearings under heavy loads; good mechanical stability, maintaining good structural stability under heavy loads and bearing shear forces.

• It has excellent adhesion, good water resistance, high-temperature stability, and extrudability, as well as anti-sintering and anti-rust properties.
• Many performances are excellent, but it is not suitable for motor parts; traditional high-temperature lubricating grease has a faster consumption rate and weaker adhesion, and is accompanied by softening
• Run-off phenomenon, resulting in lubrication failure and component sintering; this product has low volatility and low consumption, which can reduce the consumption of lubricating grease.
• Contains multiple additives to reduce carbon residue accumulation; long-term use can reduce corrosion of lubricated parts.
• Good wear resistance, can improve metal fatigue resistance, and extend the service life of bearings.
• Compatible with most rubber seals (compatibility test required), contains no harmful substances, and does not corrode metal.
• EP2 basic lubrication temperature is about 180℃, anti-seizing up to 1200℃; EM2 basic lubrication temperature is about 160℃, anti-seizing up to 400℃.

Used in high-temperature sliding parts of textiles (amplitude adjusting screws), chemical fiber high-temperature anti-sintering, glass (conveyor belt bearings), automobiles (hubs, sliding friction parts between steel parts of brake system components), cement (tug bearings), steel (furnace front roller bearings), papermaking, and other industries; high-temperature bearings, threaded connections, bolts, screws, and parts with high greasing difficulty and long cycles; tracks, hinges, kilns, anti-wear lubrication, etc.
