INLUBOL® TFT4

INLUBOL® TFT4 Molybdenum Disulphide Dry Film Spray contains a high concentration of ultra-fine Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2). It is a dry lubricant spray with Molybdenum Disulfide as the main solid additive, designed for dry lubrication on high-gloss metal surfaces, offering excellent adhesion. The dry curing agent is particularly effective for lubrication points that are hard to reach and susceptible to contamination by liquid compounds. It provides good lubrication and wear resistance, filling all fine pores, pits, scratches, and other micro-defects on metal surfaces. It also has excellent anti-sintering and rust prevention properties.

INLUBOL ® TFT2

INLUBOL® TFT2 molybdenum disulfide spray contains a high concentration of ultrafine molybdenum disulfide (MOS2), a dry lubricating spray with molybdenum disulfide as its main solid additive. It provides dry lubrication for high-gloss metal surfaces, possesses excellent adhesion, and is especially suitable for lubricating precision-fitting components. The dry spray oil film is particularly suitable for lubrication points that are difficult to access or susceptible to contamination by liquid compounds. It provides excellent lubrication and anti-wear properties, filling all pores, pits, scratches, and other micro-defects on the metal surface to eliminate stick-slip, reduce friction and wear, and prevent damage to sliding surfaces even under heavy loads. It is resistant to low temperatures and exhibits superior lubricating performance in ultra-high-temperature environments. It can withstand temperatures up to 1100 degrees. It also possesses excellent anti-sintering and anti-rust properties.

INLUBOL ® HKL52

INLUBOL® HKL52 is refined from environmentally friendly, highly permeable hydrocarbon solvents and fully synthetic composite additives. It exhibits good chemical stability and stability, is free of aromatics and sulfides, has low surface tension, and possesses excellent high and low-temperature performance and strong dissolving power. This product has high natural stability, leaving behind an anti-corrosion lubricant film on the metal surface after use, effectively preventing the deterioration and thickening of newly added oil. This product is non-flammable and contains no harmful substances.

INLUBOL ® CHR30

INLUBOL® CHR30 is a fluorinated lubricant with a high PTFE content. It is suitable for high-temperature nozzle lubrication and multiple mold releases, effectively preventing nozzle wear. It forms a white, dry lubricating film on metal surfaces, exhibiting high surface activity, high-temperature stability, high chemical stability, non-toxicity, and no contamination of machinery or finished products. It contains anti-wear and anti-corrosion additives, is CFC-free, and has an environmentally friendly formula. It also demonstrates excellent lubricity under high temperatures and pressures.
